What are wisdom teeth?
Third molars are commonly referred to as wisdom teeth. They are usually the last teeth to develop and are located in the back of your mouth, behind your second molars. Their development is usually completed between the middle teenage years and early twenties, a time traditionally associated with the onset of maturity and the attainment of wisdom.

Patient Review from Melissa B
Extremely professional and courteous staff both in person and on the phone. Staff were very helpful in scheduling a timely appointment that worked with my schedule. My dental assistant was very patient and calming in answering all of my questions and helping ease my anxiety. Dr. Wagner is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He even personally called me on the day after my oral surgery to check on how my recovery was going and to ask if I needed anything further or had any questions. Outstanding service and compassion! Thanks for making a potentially scary procedure, a positive experience!

Patient Review from Jazmin C
I do not even know where to begin. I have so much respect and appreciation for Dr. Wagner and his staff. I went in for my wisdom teeth extraction with fear at the top of my list. Everyone was extremely understanding of my fears and walked me through every step. They were very calm and patient with me. To top everyone's professionalism, Dr. Wagner himself, reached out to see how I was feeling after the extraction. No amount will ever express my gratitude to Dr. Wagner and his amazing staff. I am very grateful to everyone at Dr. Wagner's and will definitely recommend his office to everyone. Thank you so much to Dr. Wagner and his staff.

Patient Review from Chuck C
Although I suffer from severe odontophobia (fear of dentistry), my wisdom teeth had to come out. Dr Wagner and the staff were kind, understanding, compassionate and professional. I'm glad I went through the procedure with Dr Wagner instead of anywhere else. He called me personally the next day to check on my status, and was genuinely concerned for me. I hope I dont ever have to go for further major oral surgery, but if I did I would return to Dr Wagner's office without hesitation.

Patient Review from Jessica C
Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and Dr. Wagner is super knowledgeable and so, so kind. I was really nervous to have my wisdom teeth out, but the staff's attitude made me feel at ease. I experienced virtually no "pain" after having them removed--just a mild throbbing that I would describe more as discomfort than pain. After the first 24 hours, I didn't need anything stronger than an Aleve (220mg naproxen sodium) to manage the discomfort. He did an excellent job, and I absolutely recommend choosing Dr. Wagner for wisdom teeth extraction or any other work you may need done!
