What are wisdom teeth?
Third molars are commonly referred to as wisdom teeth. They are usually the last teeth to develop and are located in the back of your mouth, behind your second molars. Their development is usually completed between the middle teenage years and early twenties, a time traditionally associated with the onset of maturity and the attainment of wisdom.

Although I suffer from severe odontophobia (fear of dentistry), my wisdom teeth had to come out. Dr Wagner and the staff were kind, understanding, compassionate and professional. I'm glad I went through the procedure with Dr Wagner instead of anywhere else. He called me personally the next day to check on my status, and was genuinely concerned for me. I hope I dont ever have to go for further major oral surgery, but if I did I would return to Dr Wagner's office without hesitation.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and Dr. Wagner is super knowledgeable and so, so kind. I was really nervous to have my wisdom teeth out, but the staff's attitude made me feel at ease. I experienced virtually no "pain" after having them removed--just a mild throbbing that I would describe more as discomfort than pain. After the first 24 hours, I didn't need anything stronger than an Aleve (220mg naproxen sodium) to manage the discomfort. He did an excellent job, and I absolutely recommend choosing Dr. Wagner for wisdom teeth extraction or any other work you may need done!

I will definitely recommend you to anyone who is in need of your particular services. I can not express how very happy I was with my overall experience. I was very apprehensive due to upper right location and infection of both tooth and sinuses. I am amazed at how little discomfort I have had since my surgery. I was having some serious pain on the right side of my face, that is now almost gone. Expected my cheek and mouth to be swollen and really sore, but swelling was barely noticeable. I am so happy to feeling better again. Thank you so much Dr. Wagner and your wonderful staff.
