My situation called for a tooth extraction, which I didn't want to wait for. I called Lakeside Oral and they were quick to respond with an appointment within the next hour. I was both hesitant and desperate. All fears left as soon as I walked into the office and was greeted by a professional and friendly staff. It only got better after that. Dr Pamula was amazing and explained the procedure and put my anxiety to rest. The other thing I really liked was the office explained the financials to me ahead of time, so I wasn't in shock when a bill came. I appreciate this type of professionalism.
