I have mobility issues, and the staff went above and beyond expectations to ensure that my needs were met. From my initial phone call, Emily was wonderfully compassionate. She listened to the details of my situation and created a plan of care that maintained my comfort and dignity, even calling my referring dentist to gather all the necessary information to get me in quickly and efficiently as possible. Shelby, Abby (The Dabber) and Miranda ("The Tongue Whisperer") were very friendly, putting me at ease and making sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. Dr. Pamula was exceedingly kind, personable and engaging as well. He explained everything thoroughly and in such a calm and reassuring manner. I was pleasantly surprised that the procedure (and days post-op) were relatively painless. His follow-up call the next day was very much appreciated. i highly recommend this practice and am grateful to have found such caring healthcare providers. Thank you very much! 🙂
