All personnel were very friendly and professional. Dr. Wagner did an excellent job removing two of my teeth and putting me at ease while doing so. I liked the brochure in the waiting area that tells about his family and some staff members that go on mission trips to other countries doing dental work. Dr. Wagner mentioned he also is a member of a group of dentists that do dental work in different areas in Wisconsin for those that financially cannot afford proper dental care.

Dr Wagner and staff did a great job keeping me at ease. During the exam prior the nurses made sure I no questions and I knew what to expect. During the procedure the nurse was very considerate and comforted me and made sure my request to not see the needles or anything was honored Since I have a large fear of needles. I was extremely nervous but the staff was very efficient and I had very little waiting time in the front room or in procedure room to even let myself get worked up. The nurse talked to me about other stuff and my mind was never even allowed go down a panic road. I felt the alcohol swab more than the IV administered and next then I knew I was awake and done! I was in and out within an hour. Thanks Dr Wagner and Staff!
