I was very impressed with the nurses and Dr. Wagner. They took all the time my very nervous 13 year old needed to make him comfortable with his procedure. After our consult, Dr. Wagner followed up with me personally over he phone after talking with my son's orthodontist. I can't say enough about the personal service and care my son received.
