This was the second time I had a tooth extraction. The first time was with a different oral surgeon, and let's just say that the experience was less than pleasant. When a crown on a wisdom tooth could not be reattached, I reached out to Lakeside Oral Surgery for an appointment. After my initial visit, the Dr. and I agreed that extraction of the tooth was necessary. I shared my experience with my previous oral surgeon and asked if I could receive some type of "twilight" during the procedure and was assured it was available. The entire procedure took about 70 minutes. The staff getting me ready for the "twilight" explained everything they were doing. The Dr asked if I had any questions and reviewed what would happen while under. I woke up totally relaxed and was amazed how easy this whole process went! If I ever have to have any other type of oral surgery again, I will definitely go back to Lakeside!

I would like to thank Dr. Richard Wagner and his entire staff from the bottom of my heart. My dental anxiety was so bad, it took a few visits before I could even sit in his exam chair. They were all so kind, caring and compassionate. They worked with me enough that I was able to get my procedures done. It was not an easy task. Doctor did two surgeries on me. Not only did he give me comfort when I came into his office, he actually prayed with me to help me feel better and to help the surgeries go better. People that have had these procedures in other places seem to suffer greatly when recuperating. I had very little swelling or bruising, and absolutely no pain. I believe it was because Dr. Wagner has gentle hands, cares about his patients, and takes his time doing procedures. You are definitely not a number when you go into their office. You are a person who is seen, cared for, and respected. I cannot recommend this office enough.

Everyone at the office is great. Both times Dr. P has pulled a tooth, there’s been little to no discomfort after. Hopefully I’ll never have to do this again, but if I have to I have no question where I’m going to have it done.
