Financial Information

calculatorFor your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We deliver the finest care at a reasonable cost to our patients; therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have any questions regarding your account, insurance coverage, or other payment options, please feel free to call us.

We want to make sure you understand all fees and we’ll do our best to assist you in keeping your account current. We have found that keeping accounts current and paid is the best way to have happy patients. No one likes to owe money. We will give you a treatment estimate at your initial visit. At that time, we will be happy to help answer your financial questions.

Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage. Our contract is with you and not with your insurance company. Your insurance is a vehicle that you have to assist you in making payments for medical and dental expenses. Please see our FAQ section on insurance for additional information.

We allow for a 90-day grace period for insurance payments. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Payment is expected on balances on accounts after this time period. You are responsible for any unpaid account balances even if insurance payments are pending. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. Finance charges will be applied to overdue accounts. We will send you a monthly statement so that you can follow the activity on your account.

If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date with current billing and insurance practices.
