What fees do you charge for service?

Due to the uniqueness of each patient's medical needs, we are unable to list our fees here, however if you give us a call, we would be happy to give you some idea of fees for a procedure. Please be aware that until we see you, we do not know all of the factors that could affect your specific fee. During your consultation with Dr. Wagner, we will be able to provide you with a pre-surgical estimate of fees. Fees may vary depending on the type of service.

Do you take my insurance? Are you in my network?

We deal with most insurance companies and we will do our best to assist you in filing for your benefits. It would be advantageous for you to be familiar with your plan’s network, limitations, deductibles and maximums. Most insurance companies do not provide blanket coverage for Oral and Maxillofacial surgery. This means that they may only pay for certain services or parts of your services (this varies widely). We have found it best to advise you of the likelihood that you will have some out of pocket expense. Oral surgery and dentistry are not like other medical plans where you can expect full coverage for services. Be aware that dental plans which claim full coverage do not cover all procedures and depending upon the plan your employers purchase, they may get their own allowed amounts which may differ from the actual fees charged by the doctor.
